Bohio Asset Management is based in Boston, MA. Our goal is to provide the highest level of customer service possible to our clients. We can rapidly respond to problems from unit owners and trustees and attempt to correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Our clients select our firm to manage their properties because of our hands-on, responsive approach to property management. As a small business, Bohio is quick to adapt to required changes and always tries to find the best solution for our clients. Many of our clients have used large property management firms in the past but have found that their association is quickly overlooked in a large property management portfolio. Our clients select Bohio because they know that they will be speaking directly with experienced real estate professionals and that we will do everything we can to meet the requirements of their association.

In keeping with our founding principle of superior customer service, we are focused on providing constant and consistent communication to our clients. At Bohio Asset Management, our goal is to provide the Board of Trustees with the information you need to make informed decisions for the association. We provide detailed monthly reports so you can see actual spending versus budget. We visit your property regularly to ensure that the buildings stay in satisfactory condition. Every action we take is designed to protect the association and gather as much information as possible. The Board of Trustees is responsible for the final decisions and it is our job to provide the information to help you make those decisions.

Arrangement of all recurring and routine maintenance services, such as cleaning, landscaping, exterminating, snow removal, testing and servicing of emergency features, heating/boiler maintenance, and seasonal maintenance items. We have the personnel, vehicles, and equipment to successfully meet the maintenance needs of your property.
Tenant Interfacing
We take care of all tenant requests like scheduling maintenance calls and general property inquiries so you can remain focused on your other interests.
Property Turnover
New tenants moving in? We can help with that. Our services will help with common property turnover needs like cleaning, painting and more.
Record Keeping
